We provide one-on-one nursing care by Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who receive specialized training consistent with the care required in the home. Infinium uses Cubhub for all electronic charting in the home. Cubhub’s software and mobile app make it easy for you to view your loved one’s schedule, read progress notes, and verify your nurse’s hours.
This platform also assists our office staff in matching nurses with individual patients based on history, distance, and skills. Care plans are created specifically for each patient which reduces documentation time, allowing our nurses to focus on the patient.
