Holly AughtryCo-Founder and CEO
Holly Aughtry, co-founder and CEO of Infinium Health Services, brings over 20 years of experience in the home care industry. Before founding Infinium in 2016, Holly held various positions with three national home care agencies, where she developed territories, mentored leaders, and built lasting relationships across eight states.
Her compassionate approach to leadership and deep commitment to quality care have been key in shaping Infinium into a client-focused and employee-driven organization. Holly’s vision is to provide exceptional care while supporting families and empowering caregivers and nurses throughout their home care journey.
Marcie GilreathCo-Founder and President
Marcie Gilreath, co-founder and President of Infinium Health Services, brings over 20 years of experience in the home care industry. Having worked at three major nationwide home care agencies, Marcie has held multiple roles, launching new offices and revitalizing operations across seven states.
Her personal experience caring for a parent with a tracheotomy fueled her passion for providing exceptional home care. Marcie’s leadership and dedication have been instrumental in shaping Infinium into a client-focused, compassionate organization that prioritizes quality care and support for clients, families, and nurses.
Eloise Woodside-RamirezClinical Director
Eloise Woodside-Ramirez brings over 28 years of nursing experience to her role as Clinical Director at Infinium Health Services, a role she has held since the company’s inception. Specializing in pediatric care, Eloise has worked in intensive care and progressive care units in Florida and North Carolina at two of the country’s most respected children’s hospitals. She later transitioned into pediatric home care, working PRN before becoming a nursing supervisor for a leading nationwide home care company.
Eloise has been instrumental in shaping the clinical standards at Infinium, bringing a unique, compassionate, perspective gained from her experience as a home care nurse. Her leadership has greatly enhanced the support and development of the nursing staff, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to deliver exceptional client care.
Alicia BrownTalent Resource Manager
Alicia, Talent Resource Manager at Infinium Health Services, brings over a decade of expertise in people services and workforce management. With more than five years of dedicated experience at Infinium Health Services, Alicia has honed her recruitment, training, and caregiver support skills.
Her journey in healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, igniting her lifelong passion for providing compassionate care and fostering strong relationships. Alicia’s commitment to excellence ensures that both nursing staff and clients receive the support they need.

Millie is our lovable office dog and morale booster at Infinium Health Services. A sweet and friendly companion, Millie brightens everyone's day with her playful spirit and warm presence. Her role as the unofficial "Director of Smiles" helps create a comforting and welcoming environment for both our team and our visitors. When she’s not greeting guests or offering snuggles, Millie enjoys napping in sunny spots and sneaking treats from her favorite coworkers.
